Dear Mr Viswanath,
I would like to thank you very much for the assessment, the procedure carried out and your post operative care and attention to correct what appears now to have been the symptoms of discomfort to myself for a number of years.
Your advice regarding the need to operate, more quickly than I assumed, was very sound judgement, your patience to explain matters was professional and much appreciated. The facilities at Darlington were excellent, I was impressed by the care of the staff and their thoughtful after care. It would be very appropriate to mention your close colleague Dr Kallia, your anaesthetist, who sent me off to sleep, my ability to fight the injection as usual failed, I returned to a child who could never count beyond five!
Mr Viswanath, thank you again, I really do feel the best I have felt in years, for that I am forever grateful.
I hope you may find this testimonial of benefit, your are a credit to your profession.

"i would like to take this opportunity to thankyou and the rest of your team for the quality of care I recieved at the time of my recent operation. It's all to easy to forget about the behind the scenes staff, ie: theatre staff, when coming to the hospital, but everyone was extremely professional and were quick to put me at ease as I was going for surgery. Gallstones are very debillitating and it is so nice to be pain free and not ot have to think soo much about what I can eat, so once again thankyou all very nuch indeed."

I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to you and all the staff at Nuffield hospital following my recent stay at the hospital for my Gall Bladder Removal on Saturday 8th March 2014.
From checking in at the hospital on the morning of my operation to the pre op and the operation and the after-care, I was treated with the utmost respect, dignity care and attention. One hour after coming round after the operation I had a cup of tea and a sandwich, followed a few hours later with fish and chips. I was discharged from the hospital on Sunday morning after having breakfast, returning to full time work on Monday the 10th March. I found all the staff pleasant and caring and the hospital clean and tidy.
The operation itself from my point of view completed without any incident, I did not have any pain following the operation and did not take any pain killers either in hospital or at home, returning all the medication to the hospital when I returned to have my staples removed. I have no scaring from the entry points and have not had any side effects following the procedure.
Once again many thanks to you and all the staff at Nuffield.

I wanted to comment more on Mr Viswanath who has just removed my gallbladder, he has done a wonderful job, very easy to understand as he explains everything in detail, i have had little if any discomfort only shortly after my initial wake up from anaesthetic which i believe i was quite comical... Mr Viswanath is a very nice prson and should be proud of the way he conducts himself both in and out of theatre. Keep up the good work i would recommend him to anyone.
